General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale set out the general framework for the sale of products and services offered by OBSIDO to its business customers, where these terms apply.

Specific terms may supplement or clarify the conditions applicable to a given transaction.

Products are offered subject to availability and to the commercial terms applicable at the time of ordering.

Specifications, visuals, packaging and technical information may change according to information provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

A quote may be prepared at the customer's request.

An order becomes firm according to the confirmation procedure communicated by OBSIDO.

Information on price, availability, quantities and lead times may be subject to confirmation before final acceptance.

Applicable prices are those communicated or confirmed by OBSIDO for the transaction concerned.

Prices and terms may be presented according to the applicable VAT regime and the commercial terms agreed with the customer.

The applicable payment terms are those communicated or agreed at the time of sale.

OBSIDO may later offer other payment methods, including online payment methods, without this possibility constituting an obligation until it is actually offered.

• in cash, where this payment method is permitted and accepted;
• by bank transfer.

Practical collection arrangements are communicated when the order is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle and loading equipment are suited to the nature, weight and volume of the products collected.

OBSIDO does not currently offer a standard delivery service covering the whole of France.

In some situations, delivery, transport or a logistics solution may be considered on request and subject to prior agreement between OBSIDO and the customer.

No delivery or transport service should be considered included without prior confirmation.

Any specific conditions, costs and arrangements are communicated before confirmation.

The customer must check the products at collection, or on receipt where delivery has been expressly agreed.

Any visible anomaly must be reported as soon as possible so that it can be dealt with.

The products, services, payment methods and logistics solutions offered by OBSIDO may change.

The conditions applicable to a sale are those communicated or confirmed for the transaction concerned.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the situation and the regulations in force.
